Erlang/OTP Product Information
Erlang/OTP is aimed at efficient development of competetive high availability
systems. It is based on the Erlang programming language and consists of
an Erlang run-time system, a number of ready-to-use components, and a set
of design principles for Erlang programs. Erlang/OTP is used in several Ericsson
products such as AXD301 (ATM switch) and SGSN, GGSN (GPRS nodes).
Keywords for Erlang/OTP are short time-to-market, openness to sourced
hardware and software components, platform independence and low costs for
development and operation.
